All Drop 1 products are made to order just for you. Please allow 7-15 business days for production, plus an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships from our production facility.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Click the link to see real-time updates on your package location. If you haven't received tracking info within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us at [email protected].

We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. However, if you contact us immediately after placing your order (within 1 hour), we'll do our best to modify or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, you'll need to wait to receive it and then process a return.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, first check with neighbours and around your property. Contact us within 48 hours and we'll investigate with the carrier. For damaged packages, take photos and contact us immediately - we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

For Drop 1, we're focusing on our priority markets: UK and US. Both regions receive FREE shipping with all costs built into product pricing. We're committed to expanding to more countries based on demand from our founding community.

Returns Made Easy

We offer hassle-free returns, and we cover ALL return costs, including international orders. This is our commitment to building trust. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Step 2: We'll send you a prepaid return label. No cost to you, even for international returns

Step 3: Pack items securely with tags attached and use our label

Step 4: Drop off at your nearest post office or collection point

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

To ensure you get your new size or item quickly, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for what you want. This way, you're not waiting for the return to be processed before we ship your replacement. If you prefer a direct exchange, contact us and we'll help arrange it.

Quality is our priority! Contact us immediately with photos of the defect and your order number. We'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you, or issue a full refund. All Drop 1 items undergo quality control before shipping, but if something slips through, we'll make it right immediately.

We use sustainable, high-performance fabrics including recycled polyester (made from recycled plastic bottles), organic cotton, and eco-friendly blends. Most of our products are 80% recycled materials. All fabrics are OEKO-TEX certified, meaning they're free from harmful chemicals. Check individual product pages for specific fabric compositions.

Yes! Our leggings are designed to be completely opaque during all movements, including deep squats. We use high-quality, thick fabric that won't go sheer when stretched. However, proper sizing is important - if leggings are too small, any fabric can become transparent. Check our size guide to find your perfect fit.

Add 1/2 cup of white vinegar to the rinse cycle - it neutralizes odors without damaging fabric. Baking soda in the wash also helps. Avoid fabric softener as it traps odors. Make sure to wash activewear soon after workouts and always hang dry. For stubborn smells, soak items in cold water with vinegar for 30 minutes before washing.

We use high-quality, colorfast dyes that resist fading. However, all fabrics will naturally fade slightly over many washes. To minimize fading: wash in cold water, turn items inside out before washing, avoid direct sunlight when drying, and wash dark colors separately. With proper care, your Threadlight pieces will maintain their vibrant colors for years.

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account makes future purchases faster and lets you track orders, save addresses, view order history, and get early access to sales. It only takes a minute to sign up!

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes. The link expires after 24 hours for security. If you're still having trouble, contact us at [email protected].

Log in to your account and click "Account Settings" or "Profile." From there you can update your name, email, shipping addresses, and password. Changes are saved automatically. If you need to update the email associated with an existing order, contact our support team.

Yes. Email us at [email protected] requesting account deletion and we'll process it within 48 hours. Note that order history will be retained for legal and accounting purposes, but your personal information will be removed. Account deletion cannot be undone.

Your card is charged immediately when you complete your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away. If an item is out of stock or there's an issue with your order, we'll contact you before charging your card. For pre-orders, you're charged when the item ships.

Sometimes banks place a temporary authorization hold when you attempt to checkout. If your order didn't complete or was cancelled, this hold will automatically drop off within 3-7 business days depending on your bank. You were never actually charged - it's just a pending authorization that will disappear. Contact your bank if it doesn't clear within a week.
